This broad leather belt has a large steel clasp in the front. It is made of thick, tough leather to hold the weight of several flasks of liquid or vials of potions and poisons. Typical potion belts have eight leather straps, four on each side, that can be fitted around the neck of a flask or vial, securing it to the belt. An item secured in this manner may be retrieved as a move action.

If the character has the Quick Draw feat, drawing a flask or vial may be done as a free action.

Note: This item only allows a character to grasp a flask or vial. Drinking a potion or applying an oil is still a standard action that provokes an attack of opportunity.
