This bandoleer is made of a flexible leather or cloth. It is a non-magical item with several small pouches along its length, allowing a character to store up to ten scrolls for easy retrieval. As a move action, a character may draw a scroll from the bandoleer to cast the spell.

If the character has the Quick Draw feat, this may be done as a free action.

Note: Casting a spell from a scroll is still a standard action that provokes an attack of opportunity.
