Benefit: A delayed spell can be cast before it is needed and take effect later, depending on the spell's level. Delayed spells can be cast up to 10 minutes in advance per level of the spell. Releasing a delayed spell requires an immediate action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

A delayed spell takes up a spell slot two levels higher than the actual spell's level.
